About Symphony
In my experience, trauma is the filler underneath most of what brings people in, including my own. Once you can get to the root cause or trigger, the path doesn't get easier, but it gets clearer. That clarity is what we're after.

Three words: fun, focused, positive. I'm collaborative, conversational, and willing to challenge you. When something gets stuck, my instinct is to sit with the discomfort rather than rush past it.

In Symphony's Words
"Discover the correct path, not the easy one."
Something I say a lot in session: "Give yourself a little grace."
Before Your First Session
The space you step into with me is real. Come as you actually are, and we'll go from there. I'll challenge you when challenge is what helps, so accountability becomes something we lean into together rather than something to fear.
