We accept most insurance plans available in Washington State, plus sliding-scale and self-pay options.
Discovery Path Counseling is in-network with the following plans across Washington State. If you don't see your plan listed, reach out — we may still be able to work with you through out-of-network benefits or a sliding-scale arrangement.
Standard self-pay rates are $130–$150 per session, depending on the clinician. Sliding-scale rates are available for clients who qualify — we'd rather you get care than skip it because of cost. Just ask.
If your plan isn't on the list above, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits. We can provide a superbill after each session that you submit to your insurer for partial reimbursement. Call your member services line and ask: "What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?"
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a good-faith estimate of expected charges if you're paying out of pocket. We'll provide one when you start care, and you can request one at any time.
